This iconic flagship ergonomic desk chair by Herman Miller, the Aeron office chair has set a trend in the office furniture world, putting mesh back chairs in the mainstream. Still being made today, the Aeron chair is one of the best made and best selling chairs of all time.

Perfect for conference rooms, executives, desk jobs, your home office, as a gaming chair, or anything else where you need a comfortable place to sit for a long time!

Condition: Used chair refurbished to like-new condition and comes with a 12 year full-chair warranty.

Each chair is torn down to it’s frame, given a complete tune-up. Any parts that need to be fixed or replaced are fixed, and then new casters, new gas cylinder, new (made in USA) arm pads, new lumbar pad (Size B Chairs Only), new front seat foam pad (Size B Chairs Only) are installed.

Please note these are used chairs, and may come with some minor dings and scratches. We do everything we can to make them like-new, but some small scratches and scuffs (nothing significant) are to be expected.

Size A is the small size, made for children and smaller people. Size B is the regular size, made to fit most adults. Size C is the large or plus sized version of the Aeron chair.

Fixed Arms Option – What You Need to Know:

We are now offering fixed arm Aeron chairs at a discounted price.

Fixed arm Aerons do not have a height adjustment lever or wheel to change the arm height quickly and easily, however the arm height can be set to any height you desire. If you do not change the height of your chair arms often, this can be a great option.

Chairs will ship at the standard mid-height, but if you find this setting too low, prior to installing the back, you can loosen the arms (the proper bit will be included with every fixed arm chair), slide to re-position, and tighten the arms to whatever height works best for you.

Measurements from Seat Mesh to Top of Arm Pad:

• Mid-Height (Standard): ~7″
• Max-Height: ~9.25″

The Herman Miller Aeron chair comes in 3 different sizes. Size A, size B, and size C. Size A is the smallest of the bunch, size B is the standard size chair, and the size C is the plus size model. Which size is right for you?

While this is nothing definitive, it should be a good place to start. Refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Caster Options:

Every chair gets brand new casters included – we offer several different sizes and options to choose from.

65mm Carpet casters are best for low-pile or dense carpeted floors.For medium, or longer residential carpets, we recommend 75mm Oversized Carpet Castersto help prevent the bottom of the gas cylinder from dragging on the floor.

Hard floor castershave asoft coatingon them, helping them roll smoother and quieter on hard surfaces. This coating also helpsprotect the flooring from damage. Hard floor casters can also be used on carpeted floors.

Werecommend hard floor castersfor the following floors:

• Chair Floor Mats

Oversized (75mm)casters are larger and offer a smoother rolling experience, and also raise the chair up about ~1/2″.

Roller Bladecasters offer thesmoothest and quietest rollingexperience of all, and workgreat on both carpet or hard floors. Their soft surface also helps protect floors the same as the standard twin-wheel hard floor casters.

Refurbished Herman Miller Aeron 12 Year Warranty:

All of our refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chairs are covered by our 12 year warranty under normal usage. All working components are warranted for 12 years against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Gas cylinders are covered for 6 years. In the event of a failure, Crandall Office Furniture will send replacement parts with installation instructions – installation labor costs are not covered. In the event of a failure beyond repair, a replacement chair will be sent. This warranty is good up to the stated manufacturer’s weight limits / capacity, which is 300lbs for the Herman Miller Aeron Size A Chair, and 350lbs for the Herman Miller Aeron Size B & C Chairs.

Warranty is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or modification. Warranty only applies to the product; Crandall Office Furniture is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience, or any other special damages caused by any defect.

Refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Return Policy:

We are confident you will love your chair, but if for any reason you don’t, contact us for a no-hassle free return within 30 days of receiving your chair. We’ll send you a return shipping label and refund your entire purchase price once the chair has been received and inspected.

Returned chairs must be in the same condition as received and returned in the original box. (please keep the box until you’re 100% sure you’re keeping the chair).

Custom fabric chairs, or chairs with significant visible wear or damage, will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping & Assembly:

All of our Crandall Office Furniture Refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chairs ship partially dissembled to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Assembly of your Aeron chair is quick and easy, and only requires installing 4 bolts – Proper bit will be supplied.

Crandall Office Furniture’s shipping hours are Monday – Thursday 8am-3pm EST.

All products ship via UPS Ground from our Greenville, Michigan facility, transit times will vary depending on ship-to location.
